We have recently upgraded our Case Management system. Modernizing it to allow us to bring new features and functionality to the Support Portal.
This is a multi-phase project, with this phase our overall goal was to minimize impact on our customers. However, there are some changes on how cases are referenced and displayed that are different from the previous system.
